    The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It shortens the recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes.

    Side-lying position is used to ensure a comfortable massage.  Pregnancy massage is provided to help mothers-to-be with the aches and pains that accompany pregnancy. Sore feet, stress, back pain, and other symptoms can be positively influenced through massage.
